The history of the tavern "HAROKOPOS" begins about fifteen years agofrom the family of Andreas Harokopakis. Father, mother and two children. It was a difficult starting point without too much knowledge. The assistance from relatives and friends was decisive and quickly we learned the job.

We must point out that the person in charge from the outset, is our mother, Argyro. The cook who always tries to improve the operation of the tavern and especially the homemade cooking.

In the course of the time our father stopped working and after few years "he was left". One of the children, the son, settled to another country, and eventually Fotini's husband took his place in the family-opetated tavern.

So always, some leaving and some coming. One thing has stayed the same. The mother-cook remained without changing the homemade ways of cooking with local pure ingredients and too much care.

The reputation of the tavern slowly reaches beyond the boundaries of our village and our eclectic appetizers and traditional homemade food,has started to attract local and foreign visitors who enjoy, as the old time, the traditional hospitality of our the family.
